Salvage Yard
This was the first park we built at Salvage, designed primarily with events in mind. The goal was to create a space that multiple people could use at the same time from every angle, so we focused on packing in as many flowing lines as possible.
The park has two main centrepieces: the concrete down ledge with stairs, and the concrete planter. Alongside these, it also includes two hips, a step up/euro gap, a bank to rail, and a bank to curb.
The planter was designed to be fully adaptable. Different tops can be dropped in to transform it into a manual pad or pier style ledge, and both the curb and rail are removable. This means the setup can be switched out for alternative obstacles like ledges, barriers, or anything else.
Red Rails
This is the second park built at Salvage, centred around a double‑kinked rail that runs over a double bank. The idea behind this build was to try things we hadn’t done before, so it includes brick banks, diffrent rails, brick edging, and even a bowl corner.
The banks around the main rail create loads of different transitions in and out of grinds, while the L‑shaped down rail adds an extra bit of challenge for regular grinds, while also working as a switch step‑up.
There’s also a flat section with a brick ledge and a flat rail, perfect for building lines. One end features a bowl corner, and the other has a brick‑topped barrier both fun obstacles on their own and great additions to the flow of the park.
Mini Spot
This build is less of a full park and more of a spot, which is why it’s called the Mini Spot. It measures 450 × 920, making it small, compact, and easy to move around.
It has two main features: a marble ledge/manual pad, and a long flat‑to‑down rail that’s removable and can be placed in two different positions. The spot also includes a slappy curb, banks, and a small two‑set, giving the small space plenty to work with.
The layout uses three tiers of elevation, creating a plaza‑style feel where you’re always tricking up or down something.
